Winston Lawrence has served most recently as the Director of Information Technology at a consumer products re-manufacturing company and as a principal at a wireless communications startup.
An accomplished and highly skilled senior level Information Technology (IT) Management professional whose expertise includes global matrix team projects; strategic planning; business analysis and Enterprise Architecture. Strong technical and systems administration skills in Windows and UNIX environments and an innate ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences has been an asset in working with Major NY companies as well as U.S. government agencies in Washington and Houston.
Winston Lawrence is a Computer Science graduate from New York University and has successfully completed additional courses in System and Network Engineering, Data Protection, Information Architecture and Project Management. Winston Lawrence provides keen insights on current information technology and business trends. The ability to apply technology to meet a business need and to know when a business need is not a technology issue has proven to be a useful attribute for IT projects of all sizes and is summarized in the philosophy “common sense Information Technology”.
